Project Management
PBA projects are managed within the scope of our Quality Management
System and the international standard PMBOK (Project Management Body of
Knowledge). Our Project Managers are members of the Project
Management Institute and PmP© Certified.
5 structured process groups are defined as the framework for the
management of PBA projects: -
- Initiating (Start the cycle)
- Planning (Plan for the life of the project)
- Executing (The work to produce the desired deliverables)
- Monitoring and Controlling (Checking, acting and quality
control)
- Closing (Ending of the cycle)
The figure below outlines the Project Life Cycle as defined by PMBOK
and followed by PBA.
